Developer Psyonix announced today that Rocket League is breaking its own rules and going off-road with an upcoming DLC called Chaos Run. Set in a grim, post-apocalyptic future (but isn’t everything now days) Chaos Run offers two brand new Battle-Cars (Ripper and Grog), 12 new Decals (six for each new vehicle), and several new Paint Types, Wheels, Rocket Trails, Toppers, and Antennas. The Rocket League DLC will set you back $3.99 and will be available soon.
If you want to keep in free – Psyonix is also releasing a new arena called Wasteland based on a popular map of the same name found in the original Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars. Wasteland is the first “non-standard” Rocket League DLC stadium – featuring a completely-sloped perimeter, entirely different Boost placements, and a much more prominent, physically-wider “pitch.”
Rocket League is avaiable on PlayStation 4 and Steam.
